You can contact us between 8:30 am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am till 4:00pm on a Friday. Our aim is to get back to your emails and messages within 1-2 working hours. Please visit our ‘Contact us’ page for our address and other information.
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a sellable condition, in its original packaging with its receipt within 14 days. Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria listed:
Item is not worn outside of the house
Item is in its original new condition, Item is not washed, Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. When returning an item we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Cancellations can only be made up to 4 working hours after you have placed your order/s.
If it is after the 4 working hours we will be unable to cancel your order. You will still be charged and will still receive the items to your dispatch address.
We require payment in full before production of orders. Goods will not be completed or dispatched until payment is complete.
